By buying or using the ChatGPT Ads India First Campaign Kit you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you purchase.
What you are buying
A one-time purchase of a digital kit: a 12-page PDF guide, a companion Excel budget calculator and supporting campaign preparation resources. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Licence and permitted use
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the kit inside your own business or team. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, bundle or publicly share the files, and you may not present the material as your own product.
No affiliation with OpenAI
This kit is an independent educational product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI. “ChatGPT” is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe the advertising platform the kit covers.
No performance guarantee
The kit provides frameworks, checklists and planning models. Advertising costs, platform availability, auction behaviour and results vary. Nothing here guarantees approval, reach, leads, sales or return on ad spend, and any figures quoted are examples you should verify before spending.
Platform changes
ChatGPT Ads is a new channel and its features and pricing may change. Where numbers may shift, the guide identifies them and tells you where to confirm current values.
Payments and pricing
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost advertising spend or lost profit.
