Refund Policy

Digital delivery

Your PDF guide and Excel calculator are delivered by email and download link immediately after a successful payment. Because the files are usable the moment they are delivered, refunds are handled case by case rather than automatically.

When you are eligible

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the files did not arrive, the download link did not work, the files are corrupted, or you were charged more than once for the same order.

We also refund if the kit clearly does not match what is described on the sales page.

When we cannot refund

We cannot refund a purchase simply because the ChatGPT Ads platform is not yet available in your account, because campaign results differ from your expectations, or because you shared the files after downloading them. The kit is preparation material and does not guarantee advertising performance.

How to request a refund

Email prowebtech.owner@gmail.com with your order email, the date of purchase and a short description of the problem. We reply within two business days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Most delivery problems are resolved the same day once we can see your order details.
